"Boot Camp" Fitness Holidays

Here at Can Tillet have teamed up with Naturafit, the natural fitness and nutrition specialist based in London to offer personalised "Boot Camp" solutions to provide an intensive fitness programme in a location insulated from the distractions of everyday life.
Whether your goal is weight loss, improved fitness, increased mobility or just a general feeling of well being – Naturafit will enable you to obtain the results you truly desire.

You will benefit from a bespoke training programs, using approaches such as callisthenics (exercise without equipment) and interval training to transform your health. Each session lasts for one hour, and to ensure optimal results we suggest training at least 3 times a week (either with us or following a Naturafit programme). Our regular clients typically work with us for a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week.

However, the Naturafit model of personal training extends well beyond these hours of face-to-face contact. We take a holistic approach, and our service additionally incorporates movement assessments, nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching.

Conventional exercise programmes frequently focus exclusively on aesthetic objectives and short term health and weight loss goals. In contrast, the Naturafit philosophy equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve genuine and sustained well-being.
